Welcome to Dirt Road Ministry

In 2022, there was a vision. A vision that would go on to change the lives of a young man from South Georgia, his wife, his mother, his stepfather, and two close friends. It was the kind of vision that most people only ever read about—something you hear in testimonies and wonder if it could really happen. But for Justin Bickford, it wasn’t just a story. It became real life.

What started as just six people gathered under a small white tent in a field has grown into something none of us could have fully imagined. Today, that same vision has become a church family—welcoming around 50 people on Sundays and about 20 on Thursday nights, with those numbers continuing to grow. And at the heart of it all is something simple, yet powerful.

At Dirt Road Ministry, we believe that life is a journey—sometimes smooth, sometimes rough, and often full of unexpected turns. Like a long dirt road, our paths can feel dusty and uncertain. But one thing we hold onto is this: we are never walking alone. God is with us every step of the way.

This church was built on a mission to share the love of Jesus Christ and to create a place where people feel seen, welcomed, and supported. No matter where you come from or what you’ve been through, there is a place for you here.

Our pastor often says his goal is to “crowd Heaven,” and that phrase has become more than just words—it’s the heartbeat of our ministry. We want to reach as many people as possible, to love them where they are, and to walk alongside them as they grow in their faith.
